Bouvelles Street, Camp Hill

This character home has been lifted to maximise the views and allow for generous ceiling heights downstairs which consists of a laundry, kitchen with butlers sink and bathroom. The deck at the front of the house will overlook a new pool so when the landscaping comes together this area will be a real feature. Upstairs will remain as is with the addition of a large bathroom to complement the existing recently renovated ensuite. Gyprock is being installed as we speak, then the next stage for us will be installing stormwater drainage once excavation is ready to start as a lot of levels will be changing around the back of the house and pool area.
