Shane from Energy Plumbing has been of great assistance to St Mary’s in both emergencies and planned repairs. Being a church where many different people come we depend on Shane to keep the water flowing! We put on great weddings and services but that wouldn’t mean much if the taps didn’t work! Shane has been involved with St Mary’s Anglican Church at Kangaroo Point for a number of years. Being an older church St Mary’s has needed a fair bit of maintenance as well as trying to upgrade its infrastructure. St Mary’s depends on Shane to be available for the inevitable emergencies that happen. In the past this has included repairing breaking water lines, clearing blocked sewers & drains and fixing vandalism. Because of the large number of people who use this site every day this requires both immediate action and flexibility in organising projects. This also involves working around other tradespeople and Shane makes himself available when that happens. Shane also suggests work that will be needed that will minimise emergencies. We are grateful for what he does.

One of our tenants was opening up a Kiwi Fish & Chip shop in our Upper Coomera centre and was working towards a very tight deadline to achieve her advertised opening date. Whilst laying the floor tiles she reported what I thought would be a major delay, an inspection pit that needed to be moved. I passed on your number and that’s where my involvement ended. The Energy Plumbing team managed the tenant, provided a fast, competitive quote, project managed the relocation and oversaw the work to completion leaving my tenant impressed and on track for her grand opening.
For us Energy Plumbing is a one stop shop for all of our Plumbing needs both large and small. In 2018 we had several major fit-outs at Forest Lake and Upper Coomera, we had deep excavation work to repair drains, roof plumbing issue’s, Black Flow tests down to toilets running on, leaking taps and blocked drains that have required camera investigation & clearing with a Jetta. No matter how big or small the job, Energy Plumbing executed the work with professionalism and a responsiveness that left us feeling prioritised.
