Started in May this year, all external plumbing has been completed apart from downpipes. Pinecroft Street is all but complete with the only thing left to do, connect the gas service to the gas meter once it’s installed. With 3 bathrooms, powder room, laundry, large open kitchen with butlers sink, this Queenslander has been restored to its former beauty but with all the modern touches and appliances including solar hot water, swimming pool, large rear deck, double car port, rainwater tank and still a large yard ready to be landscaped.

The final piece of the puzzle has now been placed with gas now connected, tested and certified. With a classy Franke 6 burner cooktop and bayonet fitting on the back deck to be utilised with either a BBQ or outdoor heater, the proud owners are almost ready to move in. We’ve installed a 32mm gas main as this area is low pressure but also gives the owners the ability to add appliances.
